Refund Policy

Returns
To request a refund or exchange, you must submit an email to shop@onduline-usa.com within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Over-Length Items

When purchasing over length items an alert will pop up that states "All Material is shipped via freight carriers. Due to limitations in available equipment for home deliveries, additional assistance will be required to unload orders containing material greater than 12 feet in length." If you are unable to assist in the unloading of the material, the material will be returned to the manufacturer and the refunded purchase amount will be reduced by the cost of freight.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send to you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

For orders that were $300 or more, a restocking fee will be applied to the returned items. The restocking fee will be calculated for each returned item as 10% of the item price at time of purchase.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, send an email to shop@onduline-usa.com and attach a photo of the product. Upon receipt of the e-mail and photo, we will review your request. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
